Quick luster firing

Pottery tip of the day:

If you ever want to apply some small amount of luster to a piece but don’t feel like running a whole kiln for such a small thing, then use a blow torch.  It works great, but you will need to “learn” / “experiment” with a non-important item first, to master the technique.
