Liquid starch makes a great glaze binder

Pottery tip of the day:

Liquid starch makes a great glaze binder. Simply add it to the glaze, no mixing required. When you apply it to the biscware, the glaze dries to a very hard surface, so it prevents chipping and/or fingerprints when handling.
