Nice glazing effect.

On a iron-saturated or temmoku glaze, you can achieve beautiful flecks of gold by sprinkling (sifting) powdered rutile over a freshly dipped pot as it comes out of the bucket. A heavy application of this will give you a dry, soft golden surface. Have fun playing!
